If you are a non-vegetarian, then you must be careful while picking your fish or meat. Most of the times doctors suggest to avoid fishes but if you crave to have one, make sure it is not a big fish. Studies prove that meat contains animal fat that has toxic chemicals that could prove harmful to the child.
- Including Dairy Products in Diet
Dairy products are the best sources of calcium, protein, vitamin D, phosphorus, and other essential vitamins and minerals. These nutrients are important for your baby’s developing bones, teeth, muscles, heart, and nerves, and for blood clotting. When pregnant, aim to eat at least two to three servings of calcium-rich foods a day, to give you 1,000 milligrams of calcium.

A pregnant woman experiences mood swings most times of the day, which is very natural. One moment she’ll be happy and the next moment she might be restless. What many people don’t know is that this could impact the health of the baby. Therefore, it is advised that a pregnant woman should practice meditation to attain a peace of mind, which will help a her to be happy throughout the day and will keep the baby healthy as well.
- Yoga and Exercise
