Professor Carlos Simón, IGENOMIX and IVI’s Scientific Director and a Full Professor at the University of Valencia has been appointed Adjunct Clinical Professor of Stanford University’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Due to its scientific importance, Stanford is considered, together with Harvard and Princeton, to be one of the three most prestigious universities in the world. Its Appointments Committee chooses outstanding people in their fields from around the world to join its academic community for a six-year period, renewable after evaluation of their work during that time.
